Whether you are a new employee or have been a part of our family for a number of years, there are plenty of opportunities at McCormick and Schmick’s for those who show the drive and merit to advance.  We don’t believe in locking our employees into a specific role, but will empower you to determine how you can best succeed.

By being a member of our team, you can progress through the management ranks to become a General Manager, Executive Chef or a manager at the Regional level.  Others may choose to move into support areas such as Marketing, Development, Human Resources, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance and Training.  Ongoing learning and development courses support a commitment to promote from within.  If you have the dedication to go after what you want, whether it’s in one of our restaurants throughout the U.S. or at our home office located in Houston, Texas, we will support your efforts in every way possible.
